When our client from Brea, California gave us a call to help them out they were worried we wouldn’t do a good job. Fortunately for our team we pride ourselves in the quality of work we provide and the ability to provide that work in a timely manner.
The call was about a complaint as they noticed that the wood from the floor was rising up and they didn’t know why. Once we got on sight, we identified that it was due to a small pipe leak from their restroom and it was under that floor.
After we identified and cleaned up the room, we began work on gutting out the effected area and closing off the pipe from water so future leaks wouldn’t happen. Even though we don’t work on plumbing we at least wanted to close it off to prevent any further damage and take care of our clients. This client was in Corona and had a call that we haven’t dealt with much. This was a client who was a real estate agent and helped show off new properties. To their surprise they found there was a faint smell that didn’t smell good. So they gave us a call and told us to come out.
As we got on sight we immediately recognized what it was and it was mold. Our team are considered experts in restoration and know what to look for and what to do in any situation. Unfortunately, this client was dealing with mold from a small leak in the brand-new kitchen that was built.
Once we got to the bottom of it, we removed all effected pieces and began to disinfect all the kitchen to ensure no mold growth would grow, but to also keep them and anyone who entered the home safe from any type of exposure. We had a call that sent us out to Anaheim Hills where the client was worried about a leak taking place inside their walls. As our team was sent out, they found the customer was unfortunately right and we got straight to work. Our team is always sent out ready to work no matter the problem and we pride ourselves in making sure each customer is left satisfied.
Even though we trust our equipment we still like to take an extra step on ensuring that we are taking care of every corner of the home and drying out the place. As you see, we want to make sure that everything we do is a complete job and keeping the customer safe from any harm.
Whenever we go out we put our customer first and make sure that before we leave the premise and keep the area back to normal or better than we found it.

The customer gave us a call out of suspicion that their ceiling was have some sort of discoloration so they called our expert team. Once we got out there, we immediately saw there was a problem within the ceiling that was due to a leak from the upstairs bathroom.
Once we got to work, we cut out a section of the ceiling that was damage but as we continued to work we found that the whole ceiling had been effected by this leak and led to damage that could not be fixed. Therefore, we had to remove and chemically wash all the affected areas to ensure that nothing was left in the house that could later lead to health problems.
In moments like this, we would rather take the long route and keep our customers safe, even if that means doing more than we had anticipated. We want to leave with confidence knowing we did all we could to make sure the customer can sleep comfortably at night.

We recently got a call from our customer out of Yorba Linda as they suspected damage to their kitchen sink. As we got out there, we did find a leak coming from one of the pipes in their kitchen sink.
Unfortunately, because of this leak it started to expand the foundation of the sink which led to the countertop cracking. The reason why people choose SERVPRO is the service we bring to every client when we enter the home. Our service looks different each day, but we strive to give our clients the best of the best.
Once we began to finish our scope of work, we began to look at the countertop and see if there was anything we can do. Our team went out to Brea to help a client out who had a kitchen leak under their sink. But once we started the work of drying out the space we found that the wood was too far gone to be restored.
Even though it couldn’t be restored back to life our team has the training and capability to completely bring in a new piece of work that is brand new. Our team’s expertise works on making the best of your home, even when the damage seems so far gone that it cannot be put back to its original state.

Our SERVPRO team located in the region of Anaheim, Orange County has been proud to serve our community. In fact, we go beyond the scope of our work when necessary to help our clients feel like they matter to us because they do.
Take this recent photo for example, as you see the cups in the picture are clearly damaged from the smoke that was caused by a house fire in Brea, California and as our team got there and looked through the place they realized these cups meant so much to our clients. So instead of just tossing them, we placed them in our solution and disinfected them as much as we could before returning them back to the clients.

Our roots are in Guanajuato, Mexico where Edgardo and Mari Arcila, started a family in a city called Irapuato, nearby the ranch where Mari grew up. The Arcila family grew to include three sons and a daughter.
Following in the footsteps of millions of American immigrants, the Arcila family came from Mexico in the 1990‘s, to build a new life in the United States. All the kids finished their educations here in Orange County, where the two eldest sons attended Century High School in Santa Ana and the younger two attended Esperanza High School in Anaheim, on the border of Yorba Linda where our business now stands.
Once finished with his education, Edgar, the eldest son learned about franchise opportunities with SERVPRO. He saw an opportunity not only for himself but for his entire family in this business. Working hard to study the industry and pass the required certification courses, he was soon able to purchase the franchise in 2005.
We’re very proud of the many successes we’ve enjoyed along the way. In time, we added additional franchises to our family business including a second franchise in Anaheim Hills and a third franchise in Norwalk. With more business to manage and more customers to serve, Edgar needed help and he soon brought his family into key management positions. Today, Edgar’s two brothers, Cesar and Jonathan also work with him in the business as does his sister Karina, Jonathan’s wife, Mary and Edgar’s father, Edgardo.
