About SERVPRO of Yorba Linda / Brea SERVPRO of Anaheim Hills
Our roots are in Guanajuato, Mexico where Edgardo and Mari Arcila, started a family in a city called Irapuato, nearby the ranch where Mari grew up. The Arcila family grew to include three sons and a daughter.
Following in the footsteps of millions of American immigrants, the Arcila family came from Mexico in the 1990‘s, to build a new life in the United States. All the kids finished their educations here in Orange County, where the two eldest sons attended Century High School in Santa Ana and the younger two attended Esperanza High School in Anaheim, on the border of Yorba Linda where our business now stands.
Once finished with his education, Edgar, the eldest son learned about franchise opportunities with SERVPRO. He saw an opportunity not only for himself but for his entire family in this business. Working hard to study the industry and pass the required certification courses, he was soon able to purchase the franchise in 2005.
We’re very proud of the many successes we’ve enjoyed along the way. In time, we added additional franchises to our family business including a second franchise in Anaheim Hills and a third franchise in Norwalk. With more business to manage and more customers to serve, Edgar needed help and he soon brought his family into key management positions. Today, Edgar’s two brothers, Cesar and Jonathan also work with him in the business as does his sister Karina, Jonathan’s wife, Mary and Edgar’s father, Edgardo.

Our roots are deep in the Orange County community we serve but we also look to the broader world we live in and help where we think the needs are greatest. For instance, in 2012, our SERVPRO franchise was able to sponsor a mission trip that Cesar, the youngest son, went on. Cesar traveled with Missionaries of Christ to the West African nation of Sierra Leon where he taught English and Math, Catechism and helped to manage the small school system (one high school, two middle schools and 17 elementary schools). Each day, the students were also fed at the schools.
