1 hallway outside of damaged area, 2 checking for the wall damage and moisture, 3 gutting out the area to get a complete dry

When our client from Brea, California gave us a call to help them out they were worried we wouldn’t do a good job. Fortunately for our team we pride ourselves in the quality of work we provide and the ability to provide that work in a timely manner.

The call was about a complaint as they noticed that the wood from the floor was rising up and they didn’t know why. Once we got on sight, we identified that it was due to a small pipe leak from their restroom and it was under that floor.

After we identified and cleaned up the room, we began work on gutting out the effected area and closing off the pipe from water so future leaks wouldn’t happen. Even though we don’t work on plumbing we at least wanted to close it off to prevent any further damage and take care of our clients.
