SERVPRO Abides by Specific Requests for Crawlspace Water Damage

One homeowner in Downey recently had a leak in his crawlspace and needed our services. He noticed the pressure in his pipes was low and called his plumber. His plumber found the pressure copper pipe leak in the crawlspace beneath the house. This led to massive flooding. The plumber that fixed the leak recommended that the homeowner call SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea to come out and take care of the water damage.

We received the call and immediately dispatched our Project Manager, Jonathan Arcila. He arrived at the home and as soon as he knew SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea would be the best company, he called our Crew Chief, Jose Melgar to lead our technicians.

The technicians arrived and got to work immediately. We first extracted the water, and then from there fid a botanical treatment on the wood framing so it could be wiped down and cleaned completely. From there, we raked through the soil to make sure there was no microbial growth. As we went through this process, the homeowner requested a specific cherry deodorization treatment to keep his home smelling wonderfully. We were happy to comply!

The homeowner loved how quickly and efficiently we worked in his home. More than that, he was happy we were able to comply with his cherry deodorization treatment. He promised he would call again if he had another issue!
