A homeowner in Garden Grove utilized our services recently after finding a pipe leak under their sink. Not knowing how long it had been leaking, he knew there might be mold in the area and knew to call a professional. Drywall, flooring and cabinets were all affected, so we went in and removed what needed to be removed. We sanded areas of drywall and removed others. After the mold was cleaned, we sprayed everything with anti-microbial to keep it from growing back. We also placed some equipment to dry the studs down after everything was treated.
