Water Damage in Laguna Niguel Requires SERVPRO’s Help

9/23/2015 (Permalink)

At corporate SERVPRO, our focus is always on you, the customer. If we feel we are too busy to give our full attention to you and your home, we will send you to a neighboring SERVPRO that will take the best care of you. We know water damage can be intimidating, so we make sure you receive all the comfort you deserve with our expert teams.

Recently, we received a call from a neighboring SERVPRO that asked us to take over a case for them. Their caseload was full and they were unsure if they would be able to provide the high standard of service we pride ourselves on, but they knew the homeowners would be in good hands with SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea. They told us about a home in Laguna Niguel that had a toilet that overflowed from the upstairs bathroom, down the hallway and into the game room directly below the bathroom.

We immediately sent our Project Manager, Chris Trejo, to the job to provide our most stellar services. He performed his initial inspection and knew it would be a perfect job for SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea. He called our Crew Chief, Cesar Arcila, to the home to lead a team of amazing technicians in the cleanup and sanitization of the home.

As soon as the technicians arrived, they got to work. We had to remove some drywall in all three rooms as well as some ceiling in the game room. From there, we sanitized and cleaned all three areas to ensure the bacteria was killed. We then placed equipment to make sure everything was thoroughly dried.

The homeowner was so happy with the overall work from SERVPRO! She loved that the first company was able to refer her to us, and she was pleased with the work that SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea was able to provide. She knew her home was safe in our hands.
