Chino Hills Office Requires Flood Damage Restoration After Hours

Water damage doesn’t care what time of the day it is. Leaks don’t care that it’s a three-day weekend, or that you are about to leave on vacation or that you really can’t afford to take care of flood damage right now. Floods can happen any time, any place, even in your office. When we get commercial reports, we know to take it seriously, as any days spent closed are days without income. More than that, commercial projects have a tendency to affect more areas and need to be cleaned thoroughly. But at SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea, we can help.

Over the last Labor Day weekend, we received a call from an office in Chino Hills. Their office water filtration system malfunctioned and flooded everything. When the business owner came in that morning, she found the carpets soaked and knew something had to be done. She ran to Yelp and searched the best flood damage restoration companies in the area. She found that SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea was the best in the business and gave us a call.

Despite it being a holiday weekend, SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea is always available! We received the call and made it out to the home immediately. Our Project Manager did the initial inspection to see what needed to be fixed and then called out our Crew Chief. Together, they lead our technicians to restore the business. 

In total, 12 areas were affected. This included nine offices, a break room and both the men’s and the women’s restrooms. The first thing we did was ventilate the drywall and extract the water. Once the water was removed and all the drywall had access to air, we worked on the break room and restrooms. Thankfully, we were able to save all the flooring! The only areas that had to be removed were some pieces of drywall.

The business owner was so happy with our work. She loved that we were able to not only fix the flood damage, but also do it in such a manner that her business did not have to stay closed at all. She also loved that we came out over the holiday weekend to get everything done! She gave us a glowing review and promised to use our services again if the need arose.
