SERVPRO Works Through the Weekend

9/7/2015 (Permalink)

At SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea, we know time is of the essence. Especially when it comes to water damage, a quick response can mean a completely different diagnosis for the home. This is why we work every day of the year, all hours of the day. Whether you call on a Saturday night, Christmas day, or at five in the morning, SERVPRO will have someone on-call, ready and waiting for your call. At the very least, we will stop the spread of the water damage and do our best to dry it out. If the situation is dire enough, we will work all through the weekend to make sure your home is clean and safe.

One property owner in Long Beach gave us a call on a Saturday morning with the complaint that a pipe had burst in their office. They woke up that morning and found the drywall in that room was wet and mushy, and knew they would need professional help. They called their plumber, who came out and fixed the leak but told them to call SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea to get all the water damage removed properly.

They gave us a call on a Saturday and we called out our Project Manager, Uriel Valencia. He was out to the home that same say. Uriel set up some drying equipment and contained the leak so the water damage would not worsen over the weekend. On Monday, Crew Chief Edwin Ramirez and our team of amazing technicians went out to the home to start the work. We worked to remove the affected drywall in the office. Thankfully, the damage was just to the wall and the floors were able to be dried in place.

Both the property owner and the tenant were so happy with the work were able to do. Since our team made it out to the home on Saturday, the damage was kept to a minimum and the work was quick and easy. They promised to use our services again if necessary!
