SERVPRO Saves Home from Toilet Overflow

8/17/2015 (Permalink)

When it comes to plumbing problems, you need someone who can come out immediately. Especially when sewage or black water is involved, safety becomes a concern. In order to keep from compromising the health of you and your family, put your trust in a company that will do everything they can to take care of your immediate water damage needs. We know you will find this in SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea. No matter the time or day, we will come out to your home to take care of you.

One homeowner in Brea recently had to deal with a toilet overflow. They first called their plumber, who immediately said he would not be able to make it out to the home for another day. From there, the homeowner called their insurance agent, who told them to call SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea. When they told us about their inability to get a plumber, we gave them the name of one of our trusted plumbers who we knew would go out immediately.

From there, we sent our Project Manager, Chris Trejo, to the home. He performed the initial inspection and determined it would be the perfect job for SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea. He called out his team of technicians, led by Crew Chief Jose Melgar, to get the job done. We removed parts of the tile and the toilet in the bathroom, the wood flooring in the adjacent bathroom, and some of the ceiling and insulation in the garage from where the water had seeped down through the floor.

The homeowner was so unbelievably happy with the work of SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea. They were also thrilled with the plumber we recommended as well—they knew their home was safe and in good hands with SERVPRO. They promised we would be their first call next time they had a similar issue!
