Toilet Leak Leads to Content Manipulation in Yorba Linda

One home in Yorba Linda recently required our content manipulation services when they had a toilet pipe leak in their home. The water leaked all over their bathroom! They knew they would need help getting the entire bathroom cleaned up and safe from mold damage. They called a plumber to fix the leak, but the plumber told them to call SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea to take care of the water damage.

Our Project Managers, Jonathan Arcila and Cesar Arcila, were the first ones on the scene. They inspected the home and realized that in order to dry everything, they would have to move some of the furniture in the home. They ordered a pod to be dropped off at the house and then called their team of experienced technicians to start the work. 

Our technicians came in and removed the necessary furniture into the pod, and then immediately got to work. In the bathroom, we had to remove the toe kicks and some drywall. In the master bedroom, we removed some of the wood flooring as well as the laminate flooring in the guest bedroom. As soon as everything was removed, we set up some drying equipment.

When everything was dried, we moved the furniture back from the pod into the home. The homeowner was so happy with all the work we were willing to put into her home! She promised to give us a call again if in a similar situation.
