Repeat Water Damage Customer Calls SERVPRO Again
Every now and again, a homeowner will have to deal with water damage ruining a couple rooms in their homes. That situation is always frustrating for the homeowner. It seems like nothing could be worse… until it happens again. Dealing with water damage once is bad enough, but twice in just a few months? It is an understandably frustrating situation.
For one homeowner in Orange, it seemed like she had just finished cleaning and repairing her home from a water damage ordeal in February. She used SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea, so she knew her home was in good shape. Her dishwasher, however, had other ideas. She woke up one morning to find that the hose that connected her dishwasher had burst and flooded her kitchen.

The flooring was engineered wood, and we knew we wanted to save as much as possible so the homeowner would not have to endure the costly replacement.
We worked as hard as we could and were able to dry the majority of the floor in place! The homeowner was so happy with our work—again! It is important to us that she trusted her home with our work again, and we are happy to have made a lifetime client.
