Slab Leak Calls for After Hours Help

We recently received a call after hours on a Saturday about a homeowner that had a slab leak. He had come home from a business trip that morning and seen a small amount of standing water in his kitchen and dining room. He knew something was wrong and called a plumber, who said he would not be able to be out to the home until Monday. He knew he needed to take care of the damage immediately before it got any worse.

He went on Yelp and looked at the reviews of all the water damage companies in the area. Without a doubt, SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea had the best reviews. He also noted that we had after-hours services, so he could get his water damage taken care of immediately. He gave us a call and we had our Production Manager, Cesar Arcila, out there that same day. He started setting up some initial equipment to make sure the damage would not worsen, and made a call to our Crew Chief, Jose Paramo.

Jose and the crew went out to the home at the specified time of the appointment and immediately got to work. The laminate in the kitchen had to be removed as well as the carpet and padding in the dining room. Our work was quick and efficient, and the homeowner could not have been more pleased. He told us he would absolutely be using our services again if the need arose.
