SERVPRO Wins Over Buena Park Homeowner

There are many water damage companies out there. At SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea, we know the competition is fierce and we have to stand out if we want to be the top water damage company in the area. We work hard to make sure our work is the quickest and most efficient, so we love to know when we have won someone over.

In Buena Park, a homeowner noticed a pileup of water in his crawlspace on a Saturday afternoon. He called his plumber to come out, but the plumber said he could not do any work until the water had been removed. The homeowner took to the internet to find out who would be the best water damage company for the job.

He made a list of potential companies and gave them each a call. SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea was on this list. The homeowner knew it was after hours and that possibly some companies would not be able to make it out, but that was not the case with SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea. We promised to be there in the next hour, and followed through.  

Edgar Arcila was the first on the scene, and the homeowner was so impressed with how quickly we were able to arrive at his home, he gave us the job immediately. 

Edgar found the pipe that had burst in the crawlspace and immediately called out our Crew Chief, Cesar Arcila, to the scene with a team of trained technicians. We worked diligently to extract all the water. Because it was a crawlspace, we brought our special-sized equipment that fits in that area so everything could be dried properly.

The homeowner was very pleased with how quickly we were able to arrive and complete the job! He assured us we would be the first and only company he called next time he needed a water extraction.
