Repeat Water Damage in Santa Ana Home

Water damage is annoying to have to deal with once, but two times in three months is double the annoyance. It’s double the demolition, double the trouble, and double the hassle, but some people just do not have the luck.

 One homeowner in Santa Ana called to use our services back in January. Back then, he had water damage that lead to a mold remediation and removal. He used SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea and was so happy with our services.

 So when it happened again a couple months later, the homeowner knew whom to call. A drainpipe had burst and left some serious water damage behind. Without hesitation, he called SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea and requested our services.

 We sent out our Production Manager, Jonathan Arcila, to the home to check the damage. He determined that the services of SERVPRO were necessary, and called out our Crew Chief, Waldo Roman. Waldo and a team of water damage removal experts showed up to get the job done. There was minimal drywall removal near the drainpipe, and everything else could be saved. Once the drywall was removed, we made sure to place some dehumidifiers and air movers to keep mold at bay. We even made sure the wall was clean and looking nice so it would be easier to repair. 

 Though the job was quick, the homeowner was pleased again. He was so happy he had used our services previously so he knew whom to call when it happened again. He joked that with his luck, he would be returning to us again and again and again! Though we never want to inflict water damage on anyone, we are always happy to help when we can! It pleases us so much to know that we can make your lives easier.
