Water Damage Repair is Needed in a Yorba Linda, CA Home

A Yorba Linda, CA homeowner suddenly became aware of a small leak that had water trickling down her walls. The water seemed to be coming from the attic leading her to believe that something must be wrong with her pipes. She called a plumber to come and take a look. He arrived and was able to determine that the drain line from her air conditioner was backed up. The water had nowhere to go and began leaking down her walls. He recommended that she call a technician to come and repair the line. In addition, he said she should also call SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea to handle the water damage repair. 

She did both. After we received her call, we sent out our Production Manager, Chris Trejo, to examine the water damage and see what would be needed for the repair. Once he saw the damage, he knew he needed to send out our Crew Chief, Waldo Roman, to come to the home along with his team of water damage repair experts. 

The team arrived shortly after and began removing all of the damaged and affected areas of the walls. They then set up fans to completely dry out the walls ensuring mold would not be able to grow. Once everything was completely dry, the SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea team packed up and left a thrilled homeowner.

She was happy that we were able to perform the water damage repair so quickly. Thanks to our quick response, the damage was minimal, and we were able to complete the project on time and without hassle. The homeowner was impressed by our professionalism and communication and said she would gladly call us should she ever be in a situation where she once again required our services.
