Homeowner Needs Water Restoration After a Storm in Yorba Linda, CA

A storm in Yorba Linda, CA caused heavy rain and gusty winds that caused damage to a few homes. One homeowner in particular was home during the storm and heard a skylight break while in another room. He ran to see what had happened and noticed that the wind had caused a tree branch to fall on the skylight and crack it open. The skylight was now allowing the pouring rain to come into the house. The homeowner quickly thought to put up a tarp to keep the rain from coming into the house. Despite his efforts, the rain continued to come in through the skylight. Having no other option, he decided to just wait for the storm to pass and then call a professional to fix the broken skylight. In the meantime, water poured into the home and soaked the carpeting and wood floors beneath the skylight.

In the morning, the homeowner had someone out to fix the skylight.
