A Washing Machine Leak Requires Water Removal in a Yorba Linda, CA Home

One afternoon, a homeowner in Yorba Linda, CA had just started a load of laundry when he saw water start to pour out from under the laundry room doors.  He rushed back into the laundry room and quickly shut off the water.  He called a technician to come and fix the leak in the washer.  The technician was able to fix the leak, but he recommended that the homeowner also call SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea to perform a water removal for the excess water on the floor and to inspect for any water damage caused by the leak. 

The customer called us right away, and we sent our Production Manager, Jonathan Arcila, to the home the very same day to inspect the affected area.  He determined that water removal was necessary and recommended he get a team out immediately to prevent any further damage.  We then sent our Crew Chief, Jose Melgar, with his team of experienced professionals to the home to begin the water removal process.  They arrived at the home shortly after the incident and got to work on the water removal process.  Thanks to their quick response and the timely removal of the water, only a very small section of the flooring needed to be removed.  

When the water removal was complete, the homeowner was thrilled with our service and the quality of our work.  He was also happy with how quickly we were able to make his laundry room free of water once again.  Overall, the customer had an excellent experience using the services of SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea.  Water damage can occur very quickly, and it is best to have a professional come and inspect the damage immediately, just as this customer did.
