Mold is Found in a Bathroom by a Brea Business Owner

Our customer, a Brea business owner, was recently cleaning out the cabinets in one the bathrooms and discovered mold growing on the wall behind the cabinets.  He immediately became concerned for the health of his employees and customers.  He was aware that mold could cause allergy-like symptoms and other respiratory issues.  He did not want to put anyone in danger, so he performed a quick search on Yelp.  The results showed him that SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea was the best company to perform mold removal.  He picked up the phone and called us right away.

We were able to send our Production Manager, Jonathan Arcila, to the business that same afternoon.  Once he arrived, he was able to determine that mold was, indeed, growing in the bathroom, and mold removal needed to be performed quickly.  We then sent our Crew Chief, Jose Melgar, and his experienced crew to the business to start the mold removal process.  

They began by removing all of the affected drywall.  This allowed them to start the mold removal and disinfection process that was necessary to eliminate the mold from the building.  Seeing the drywall removed, the business owner was nervous that our presence would affect his revenue.  Jose was able to assure him that we would only be touching the affected areas and that we would complete the process in no time; the owner would still be able to run his business effectively and safely throughout the mold removal process.

The customer was happy with the open line of communication Jose provided.  The customer knew everything that was going on in his building and was comforted knowing he had a great crew of professionals in his building.  Overall, he was thrilled with our service and the excellent work we did in completing the mold removal.
