Water Restoration Needed in a Brea Home

A Brea homeowner recently noticed that water was beginning to appear under his kitchen sink.  He did the best he could to wipe up the water and let it dry, but even after doing this a musty smell was present.  Knowing that this could indicate the presence of mold, the customer decided it would be best to call the heroes at SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea to come out and investigate the problem and perform their highly regarded water removal services.

The customer called immediately because he knew of the dangers posed by mold.  He was concerned for his health and did not want the problem to become any worse than it already was.  Our crew was able to go to his home and evaluate the water damage the same day.  Once our estimator completed his inspection, he recommended we begin water damage restoration the very next day.  Our crew arrived with our SERVPRO representative, Christian Trejo, to start on the water damage restoration in the kitchen. 

Christian communicated all of the steps of our water removal services to the customer to make sure he was aware of everything going on in his home.  He was very happy with Christian’s openness and attention to detail.  The customer had some concerns about the damage resulting in the loss of cabinetry and other structures in the kitchen, but our professional and skilled crew was able to complete the entire water damage restoration without having to remove the cabinets, countertops, or any other valuable structures that would have cost the customer a fortune to replace.  He was thrilled with our water removal services and our willingness to do anything we could to save him money and still have the job done right.  We were very pleased to leave the customer in a healthy, mold free environment.
