Mold Removal in a Yorba Linda, CA Bathroom

A recent customer was concerned that mold could be growing in her two bathrooms.  She knew that mold was a serious problem to have, and in order to be sure that everything was inspected thoroughly, she called the mold removal experts and heroes at SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea.  

When our representative arrived at the home, he performed an inspection of both of the bathrooms and found visible mold and water damage in both areas.  Because the customer had done some research about mold, she was well aware of the health hazards that are caused by mold.  She has children in her home and was particularly concerned for their health.  Mold can cause respiratory issues and is especially dangerous to children and the elderly.  

Our representative, Edgar Orozco, ensured the customer that the affected areas of her home would be sealed off so that the mold contamination did not spread to the rest of the house.  He calmed her nerves in telling her that the rest of the house would be a safe place for her and her children to be living.  Edgar then placed an air scrubber in the bathrooms to restore the air quality in those rooms.  This would allow him to return the bathrooms to a safe breathing environment.  

Our customer was very happy with Edgar’s expertise and professionalism.  She knew that our crew would do a superior job in addressing the water damage and removing the mold.  She was extremely thankful that she was updated daily on the progress of the removal process and felt at peace knowing that her home would once again be a safe place for her and her family to be living.  She could not thank our heroic crew enough for their thorough and professional work.
