Hotel goes Underwater

#1 our machine to help speed up the drying process, #2 contained material being moved, #3 shows the removal of carpet, #4 shows our dehumidifiers

Water damage is devastating in itself, but imagine when it comes through your hotel room stories above everyone else. Our clients owned a well known resort which led to worry about their clients stay. 

Luckily our SERVPRO team knew how to handle and attack the job in all the right areas to ensure that one: spread wouldn't continue throughout any other rooms or floors, and two, that they knew how to contain the room in all the right areas. 

This all happened from a pipe malfunction in the room next door and luckily it was only spreading throughout one room. Once we get there and assessed the problem our team jumped on board quickly and resolved the issue. 

We removed all the damaged carpet that was affected and immediately staged it in a contained area which was later removed by our hazmat team. 

This job wasn't an easy one but our team worked its hardest to ensure that we left the client satisfied with the work but also that no spread of water or mold would occur once we were finished.
