From Water Damage to a brand new first floor

From destruction to restoration.

An insurance client reached out to us and had us visit their clients rental property to check out a possible water damage problem. Although it was vacant. Although the owner was not present they trusted us enough to work with their daughter to get the job done. 

Prior to this water leak, the tenants had moved out a leak had started within the walls of the house and effected majority of the first floor of the house. The effected area was well over repairable which led to a complete removal of carpet and tile on the first floor. There was also drywall removal from the ground up. The cabinets were also damaged beyond restoration which led to a remodel of the whole down stairs. This wasn’t a problem for the SERVPRO team because they not only specialize in water damage, but now the team has been trained and ready to go when it comes to reconstruction.

After the removal of all the damaged material, equipment was brought in to help dry up all of the areas. The SERVPRO team used a humidifier and air removers to keep control over the area as well as dry up the deeper areas effected.

Once everything was done with the demolition and safe removal, the reconstruction step took place. As you see in the second picture, (the right bottom), you will see that the team was able to restore the floor to its original state. After doing so, the client was pleased to see that they did not have to return back to the states but trusted our team completely on their word.
