SERVPRO Saves Home in Yorba Linda from Water Damage

A homeowner in Yorba Linda recently used our services after he found that there was a pipe leak in his garage. When he came home and noticed it, his first call was to his insurance agency. The insurance company referred him to SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea, as we had the best reviews in the area and were compatible with his insurance plan.

The call came through and we were able to immediately send out our Project Manager, Jonathan Arcila, to the house to start his initial inspection. He found that the pipe leak had extended from the garage to the bathroom and hallway in the home. However, the water damage was caught pretty early on, so he thought there might be a chance that we would be able to save everything in the home.

He immediately called our Crew Chief out to lead our talented technicians in the clean up. First things first, we extracted all the water from the area. From there, we set up some equipment to try to dry everything in place. Thankfully, all the affected areas responded very well to our drying equipment, leaving the home free from water damage!

The homeowner was so happy with our work! Though he was not a huge fan of the noise from the equipment, he understood the necessity of it to save his home and was glad that there was ultimately no removal needed. He told us he would certainly be using our services again in the future!
