A homeowner recently called our call center after finding water damage in his bathroom. He contacted his plumber for assistance in detecting the leak and repairing it. The leak ended up being in the shower pipe, which resulted in water damage to multiple rooms of the house. After talking to the homeowner on the phone, we immediately sent one of our Project Managers out to inspect the damage. His inspection showed that there was damage in the bathroom, kitchen, entryway, living room and dining room. Pinhole Leak Leaves its Mark in an Orange County Home

Our call center also received a call from a homeowner who’d detected a pinhole leak in her house. She explained that the leak had affected most her home. Not sure how to remediate the damage on her own, she contacted her insurance agent, who then referred her to SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea.

Our Project Manager, Edwin Ramirez, was the first to arrive at the home. Upon his arrival, he performed an initial inspection, in which he detected water damage in the laundry room, garage, office, closet, pantry, hallway and living room. Slab Leak Causes Issues for One Orange County Homeowner
