Water Damage in A Fullerton Medical Practice

We recently learned an important lesson about water damage in a Fullerton medical practice. And that is, in case anyone asks, most doctors do not want a mountain of dirt to be sprayed everywhere in their sanitary medical facility if a main water supply line blows.
We recently spent a few weeks helping a Fullerton-based Orthopedist recover from that kind of damage. In the end, they were very happy they’d called in their local heroes from SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/ Brea to perform water damage restoration.
The main supply line that runs to the fire sprinkler system in their office had pulled away. There was so much water released into the building that it completely lifted the concrete and threw tons of dirt into the building. In all, 60% of the building was flooded.
A major priority in the practice was to get back to a situation where they could see prospective patients as quickly as possible. That meant we had to isolate specific areas with containments and be business-ready in two days’ time.
We extracted all the water and removed all the mud. Following this, we set up drying equipment and got things stabilized. We had significant amounts of demo to perform including baseboards, drywall, and flooring. Next, we had a great deal of cleaning and disinfecting to complete.
SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/ Brea is a business run with uncompromising dedication to several company values All our employees are trained to demonstrate them at all times and Jonathan is one of our most capable team members who we believe inhabits these values very well.
Because of the sense of urgency he demonstrated in the account, his knowledge and confidence which he used to complete the restoration, and the integrity he has for his work – always doing whatever it takes to meet his commitments – we received a since and heartfelt compliment from this customer. “Our recent flood could have set our practice back a long way – but because of the skills and leadership that your employee, Jonathan Arcila, brought to this project, we’ve been able to recover faster than we’d expected and things are now back to normal for us. Thank you, SERVPRO!’
