Cesar Explains Fire Damage Restoration

In this video, Cesar Arcila, a Project Manager at SERVPRO of Yorba Linda, explains our process and how we tackle fire damage restoration projects.  

In this recent project, an older home in Long Beach, CA experienced a major fire which resulted in a total loss.  Our expert team of fire damage restoration technicians worked several weeks and many long days to document all the household items lost in the fire, demo the original drywall, strip the floors, remove all the trash, dry-sponge all the studs to remove the soot, thoroughly dry all the studs which had been wetted by the fire department, scrub the air in the home with HEPA filters, and otherwise completely prepare the home for the build-back that always follows a restoration project like this one.
