Flooded restroom in a City of Industry building

Water heater burst, collapsing ceiling and flooding ceramic tile and walls in the men’s bathroom. Isolating chamber created, separating water damaged and non-affected office and work areas. SERVPRO representative walked the water damaged areas with the building Facility Manager and created a work plan to accommodate business needs. Isolating particular work areas to provide a habitable working environment for business employees, keeping debris, dust, noise, heat and drying equipment in a separate area was a priority to business operation.
