Demo'd walls, and containment set-up.

When a supply line in a Dana Point-based customer's kitchen burst, it took one call to SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/ Brea to set things right again.

We know that when property owners are faced with sudden damage to their homes or businesses, time is of the essence.  We approach these opportunities with great urgency.  In this case, Jonathan was at the customer's door in less than one hour!

In order to thoroughly dry this beautiful, beach-side home, we had to demo walls to reveal the studs.  We also had to roll the carpeting back to remove the non-salvageable padding  underneath and we set up containments in every impacted room in the home in order to hasten the drying period.  In rooms where we'd discovered mold, we used air-scrubbers (HEPA filters) set up a negative air-flow containment system in order to thoroughly scrub the air clean of all mold. 

Where required, we moved furniture and other household items and laid tarps across all areas where our activities might introduce dirt.

Throughout the process, we were very careful to not introduce any dirt into these fine homes.  We are proud to treat our client's homes as if they were our own.
