Slab Leak Damages Yorba Linda Home - SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/ Brea Restores It.

That's what our Project Manager, Gilbert, was told soon after arriving to provide a home inspection and estimate for restoration services.

During the late January/ early February rains this year, this home in Placentia suffered a slab leak which eventually damaged the home's foyer.  Soon, the water damage had spread under the staircase.  

We enjoy challenging projects and this one offered us a chance for creative problem solving.  The area under the stairs was too small to fit our drying equipment, we our team devised a technique where the space was enclosed by a containment which funneled air from our drying fan to the affected area.  Because the area is so well enclosed and our air mover is so efficient, we were able to dry the space within 48 hours.
