Placentia Business Experiences Water Damage

The SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/ Brea team successfully helped a Placentia business owner when the water heater near the men's restroom burst.

The result was a ceiling demo and replacement of insulation.  Due to the fact that the wall studs were metal (not wood), no dehumidifiers or air movers were necessary.

What should have been a category 1 water damage was degraded to category 2 because the moisture had been present for longer than three days..  However, there was no mold growth. 

There was no asbestos because of the age of the building.

This was a simple demo and dry job.
