Water Damage Restoration and mold remediation in Downey, CA

One of our insurance carrier partners recently referred SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/ Brea a Downey-based customer with a mold remediation opportunity.

We've been serving Southern California home and business owners for over eleven years with water damage, fire damage, mold, storm damage and bio-hazard challenges.

In this instance, a pinhole leak had gone undetected for many months when our Downey, CA customer finally saw signs of it throughout his home and home-office.  Restoration required extensive drywall demolition, use of dryers throughout the house, and containment installs in various locations and the addition of HEPA filters/ air scrubbers in order to remove black mold.
