Condensation line leak in a Villa Park residence

A high-priced home in Villa Park recently requested an inspection and quote restoration after an AC unit’s slow leak resulted in water damage to the master bedroom.

The home had experienced water damage to the walls, insulation, ceiling and carpet floor.

Our SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/ Brea technicians used air movers and dehumidifiers to speed up the drying process.

Several walls had been saturated with water.  To dry the studs, we needed to demo sections of drywall and then hit them with our air blowers.  

An unconditioned space such as an attic was not a challenge for SERVPRO heroes to promptly dry out the home after the water damage.
