Water Restoration in a Brea, CA Home

12/18/2014 (Permalink)

After a day of Christmas shopping and running errands during a heavy rainstorm, a Brea, CA homeowner returned to her home.  When she entered her front door, she noticed that the hardwood floor and the carpeting near the door were wet.  She knew she needed to have the water removed and the area completely dried out to prevent damage.  To find the best company for the job, she did a Yelp search and the best reviews were given to SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea.  She called us right away.

We sent our Production Manager, Chris Trejo, to her home to investigate the damage.  He determined that water restoration services were necessary.  To get the process started, Chris called our Crew Chief, Waldo Roman, and his crew of highly trained water restoration professionals to the home.  They got to work as soon as they arrived.

Because the customer called us right after the damage had occurred, the water restoration process went quickly and smoothly.  After removing the water, the team set up large commercial fans and specialty-drying equipment to completely dries out the carpet and the wood flooring.  This ensured that all of the water was gone, water damage would not continue to spread, and mold would not be able to grow on the damp areas.

The homeowner was thrilled with how quickly we worked and was grateful we came to her home immediately.  She was happy that we prevented any further damage and were able to remove the excess water.  The excellent communication she had with our team allowed her to feel comfortable with us in her home and confident in the work we were doing for her.  Overall, she was very glad she called SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea to perform the water restoration services in her Brea, CA home.
