This home in Brea had their island in the home suffer from major water damage. It came from down below and went up to the walls. Our team was able to contain the problem within just the island to help reduce the homeowners costs to a minimum.

We had to completely tear out the whole island to have it replaced by a brand new one. The reason being was that our SERVPRO team found that trying to save the island would only cause further damages in the future, it would cause defects to the structure which could have imposed future hazards if left in that condition.

We had to completely remove all parts from the top of the island and all the way to the bottom of the concrete flooring. Our team is prepared for any water damage that may come into a home and we practice safety and know exactly how to deal with each problem. The water was luckily stopped fast enough to reduce all damage which in turn led us to be able to get in and out fast.
