SERVPRO Saves Drywall and Floors After Water Damage

A homeowner in Placentia contacted us recently after she noticed a leak in his upstairs bathroom. As a premier water damage company, we are available at all hours of the day. We understand that water damage cannot just wait for regular nine to five hours, so when this homeowner called us after hours, we knew we had to go out immediately. Upon receiving the call, we dispatched our Project Manager, Jonathan Arcila, to the home.

Jonathan made it to the home that same night. He set up some initial drying equipment to start the drying process in the drywall and flooring. He knew we wanted to get as much dried out before we started any removal. From there, we set up an early appointment with the homeowner for the next morning to start the total job.

The next morning, our technicians arrived at the house promptly and got to work. We ended up removing a little drywall in the ceiling so we would be able to inspect the source of the leak and place some drying equipment. Other than that, we were able to save the rest of the drywall and all the flooring with some air movers and fans.

The homeowner was so happy with our work! He loved that we did everything in our power to save the home. He promised to give us a call again with any other water damage needs.
