Santa Ana Home Requires Water Damage Repairs from SERVPRO

One homeowner in Santa Ana called us after he noticed his ceiling starting to bubble. Unfortunately, he knew asbestos would have to be removed. He first called another restoration company to test for asbestos to make sure, and as soon as that test came back positive he ran to the computer and searched for the best water damage company in the area. The top company was, of course, SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea. He gave us a call and we immediately dispatched our Project Manager, Chris Trejo, to the job.

He performed an inspection and found that the ceiling had serious water damage from a broken pipe. He knew we would be able to perform the asbestos abatement as well as the water damage services. He called our Crew Chief, Antonio Saldana, to help lead the team in the removal. The team came out and started the work upon arrival. We removed some drywall in the affected ceiling in the living room. From there, we set up equipment to ensure there was no chance of mold growth.

The homeowner was so pleased with the work. He loved how quick we were able to come out to the home and get the work done. More than that, he loved that we cared about his home and wanted the job to be done correctly. He promised to give us a call again if he found any other water damage in his home!
