Water Heater Leak in Cherry Valley Requires SERVPRO Help

7/31/2015 (Permalink)

At SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea, we will travel to wherever we are needed to help you out. Just because our name includes Yorba Linda and Brea certainly does not mean we are contained to those cities! In fact, depending on the referral source, we can reach all the way through Los Angeles! When other SERVPRO companies are busy, we get the referral and we will take it, no matter how far we have to travel!

One homeowner recently contacted us from Cherry Valley, all the way past Riverside and Moreno Valley! A plumber had referred the homeowner to us, and we were happy to take the trip! The homeowners noticed their water heater was leaking and causing some issues in surrounding rooms. They called their plumber out to the home to fix the problem, and when he saw the water damage he knew the homeowner would need the help of a professional restoration company. He recommended SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea, as he knew we were the best.

We received the call and immediately sent out our Project Manager, Cesar Arcila. Cesar took a look at all the damage and knew it was something that we could fix. Acting also as the Crew Chief, Cesar called out his team of skilled technicians to start the work.

Our technicians worked to remove the drywall in the hot water heater stand as well as the adjacent bathroom. After that, we set up some equipment to make sure everything dried properly so there would be no risk of mold.

The homeowners were very pleased with the work we did! They loved that we were so quick to respond, despite the home being a further distance from our regular locations. They were grateful that our work was so fast and efficient. They promised to use us again if the need arose!
