Simple Kitchen Sink Water Removal in Santa Ana

We love repeat customers. Of course, we never wish water damage on anyone, but when it happens we love to be the first company that comes to mind for cleanup. For one homeowner in Santa Ana, he had to deal with a pipe burst a month ago and found out about SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea through his plumber and insurance company. He loved the work we did because we were quick and efficient.

So when his sink overflowed a week ago and he knew there would have to be some water damage removal, he knew exactly who to call. Literally, to the name, he knew whom to call. When he dialed the number for SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea, he immediately requested two of his favorite workers. 

For the Production Manager of his project, he requested Jonathan Arcila, and for his Crew Chief, he wanted Waldo Roman. Knowing we wanted to keep our returning customer happy, we sent them both out that very same day to look at the damage.

It was determined fairly quickly that some of the cabinets and drywall would need to be removed in order to ensure the water damage did not lead to mold damage. Waldo called in his team of experienced technicians, and they got to work immediately. Again, we made sure our work was done properly and in good time.

Though the project was not a difficult one, we made sure to put in our best effort to make the customer happy, as we always do. The homeowner was very happy with how well the job was completed. He gave us great scores in our survey, and we were so pleased to know that he was once again happy and would return again if the need arose.
