After Hours Water Damage in Yorba Linda

Leaky pipes have no regard for time. Whether it’s two in the morning, one in the afternoon, or eight in the evening, water damage is a 24-hour business. What’s worse is that water damage is an emergency service. If it is left in the home untreated, it can lead to mold damage or the destruction of property. 

A tenant in Yorba Linda was making dinner one night when she heard the sound of water rushing in the other room. She immediately called the homeowner and property manager, who then called a plumber. Unfortunately the plumber told the property manager that he would not be able to make it out until the next morning but recommended the tenant shut off her water and try to get a water damage expert out to the property as soon as possible. The next day, our team of professional water damage removal experts headed out to the property, where we set up 12 air movers and two dehumidifiers. Thanks to our quick response, the damage was minimal. We only had to lift the carpet for water extraction and drying and remove a few baseboards.
