Water Damage Restoration in Brea, CA

A Brea, CA restaurant had closed for the holidays and was left unattended for a few days.  When the manager returned to reopen the restaurant, he noticed water all over the floors.  He was able to determine that the water was coming from a broken pipe in the back of the restaurant.  He immediately called a plumber to come and fix the pipe.  The plumber was able to fix the pipe, but he recommended that the manager call SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea to see if water damage restoration or any other repairs were needed. 

The manager called us right away, and we sent our Production Manager, Chris Trejo, to the restaurant shortly after.  He investigated the damage and determined that water damage restoration was necessary to prevent any further damage to the flooring and to prevent the growth of mold.  Chris then called our Crew Chief, Waldo Roman, along with his team of water damage restoration professionals to come and begin the extraction process at the restaurant.  

When Waldo arrived, the manager explained that he was worried the water damage restoration process would keep his restaurant closed and cause him to lose money.  Waldo assured him that his team would work quickly and be out of the restaurant in no time.  Because the manager had called us right away, the damage was fairly minimal, and we were able to remove all of the water and damaged flooring in a short period of time.
