Water Extraction is Needed in a Brea, CA Apartment

One evening, a Brea resident was getting ready to take a bath and began to fill up the tub.  He decided to lie down on his bed while waiting for the bathtub to fill.  Not realizing how tired he was, he fell asleep within minutes.  By the time he awoke, the bathtub had overflowed and water was pouring onto his bathroom floor.  Not only was his bathroom covered in water, but it was later discovered that water had begun to leak through the ceiling of the apartment below.  

The apartment manager had used SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea in the past and knew we were the best company to call for the water extraction services he currently needed.  He called our office, and we were able to send out our Production Manager, Chris Trejo, to the complex that very same day.  Upon investigating the area, Chris was able to confirm that water extraction was needed in both affected apartments.  

To begin the water extraction, we sent our Crew Chief, Waldo Roman, along with his highly experienced crew to the apartment complex.  Because of our quick response, the damage was not as bad as it could have been.  We only needed to extract a small section of the floor and ceiling to remove the water damage caused by the flooding water.  We then got to work making sure the entire area was completely water free to prevent any further damage and to prevent the growth of mold. 

We were able to remove the water damage and complete the water extraction very quickly.  The manager and the tenant were both grateful for our quick work and professional services.  They were thankful that SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea was able to arrive promptly and complete the job without any hassle.
