Water Extraction is Needed at a Brea, CA Business

A Brea, CA business owner went into his building one morning to discover water on the bathroom floor.  After looking around, he noticed the water was coming from a leak on the wall where the toilet was connected.  He inspected the area and immediately noticed water damage on the wall and was concerned about the excess water on the floor.  He knew his best option was to call the heroes at SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea to come and assess the damage.

We sent our qualified Production Manager, Chris Trejo, to the property to take a look at the damage.  Chris was able to confirm that there was water damage on the wall and water extraction was needed right away for the pooling water on the floor of the bathroom.  To get the process started, Chris called out our Crew Chief, Waldo Roman, and his superior crew.  They began right away by removing the damaged areas of the wall and floor.  Luckily, the owner called us out right away, before the damage could become extensive.  

While he was glad he called us out, the owner was also concerned that our presence would drive away business.  We assured him we would work quickly and effectively to get his business back to its water free state as soon as possible.  Once we completed the water extraction project, the customer was thrilled with how fast we were able to take care of the water damage on the wall and the floor.  The water extraction went smoothly, and we were able to remove all of the water from the bathroom.  The customer was very grateful for our outstanding work and was thankful that he called such a professional company out to his place of business.
