Water Removal is Needed in a Brea, CA Business

A Brea, CA business owner walked into his building one morning to discover the floor of his lobby completely covered in water.  He couldn’t see where the water was coming from, and on further investigation, found the back storage area covered in water too.  It was here that he noticed a pipe that had burst over one of the shelving units.  A fair amount of water was pouring out of the pipe and down the shelving unit to the floor.  All of the surrounding items in storage had incurred water damage.  The owner knew he needed a good water removal company.  He performed a Yelp search and determined SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea was the best company to call.  Our highly respected and well-trained team of heroes was ready to take on any water removal challenge.

After the owner called our office, we sent our Production Manager, Chris Trejo, to the business that very same day.  He surveyed the water damage and determined water removal was needed right away to prevent any further damage.  We sent our Crew Chief, Waldo Roman, and his experienced crew to perform the water removal.  His team got to work right away.  The owner was concerned that he would lose all of his inventory to the water damage, but our crew worked quickly and diligently to reduce the amount of loss the customer would have.
