Mold Removal in a Brea, CA Apartment Complex

One of the tenants in a Brea, CA apartment complex had been experiencing allergy-like symptoms for some time.  After a few months of suffering, she decided to go to the doctor to see what could be done.  Her doctor suggested the symptoms could have been caused by mold in her living environment.  Concerned, our customer contacted her apartment manager right away. 

The apartment manager wanted to have some samples taken from the complex and tested for mold.  When the results came back positive for mold, he immediately called SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea.  We sent our Production Manager, Jonathan Arcila, to the complex to inspect the area and determine the extent of the mold contamination.  He determined that the mold damage was extensive in the old complex and immediate mold removal was necessary. 

Sometimes, old buildings provide the perfect living environment for mold, and the conditions allow it to grow and spread.  It is important to investigate any evidence of mold because it can lead to serious health issues.  Our customer found out first hand how mold can cause allergy-like symptoms.  In addition to allergies, mold can also cause skin and eye irritations and other respiratory issues.  To prevent any other people living in the complex from experiencing any of these symptoms, we sent our Crew Chief, Jose Melgar, to the property as soon as possible to begin the mold removal process. 

The apartment manager appreciated the constant contact he had with Jose and was impressed with our timely and quality work.  He was also happy we could send such a large team with Jose to complete the mold removal quickly and keep his tenants safe and healthy.  Even the tenants were pleased with how quickly we finished the mold removal project, and they said our service was excellent.
