Brea Business Requires Water Removal Services

A Brea business owner became concerned when she noticed a water spot on the wall in the women’s bathroom.  The water damage looked as though it was causing some problems so she decided to investigate further.  Upon inspection, she realized that the water damage had spread to the other side of the wall in the men’s bathroom as well.  Damage like this convinced the owner she needed a professional water removal service company to take a look at the issue. 

After a quick Google search, she determined that SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea was the best company for the job.  She called them immediately because she was worried that the water damage was even more extensive than she could see, and she was concerned about the possibility of mold growth.  Following her call, we sent SERVPRO representative, Jonathan Arcila, to take a look at the site that very same day.  When he arrived, he was able to determine that a leaky toilet was the cause of the water damage.  It was clear that the damage was, indeed, extensive, but nothing that SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea couldn’t handle!  Our crew arrived the next day to begin water removal services. 

Once the drywall was removed for drying purposes, it was confirmed that mold had begun to grow in the wall.  Mold growth is a health risk that needs to be address right away.  This was especially true for our customer who was concerned for the health of her employees that worked in the building.  To make the building safe once again, we used a commercial air scrubber to remove any toxins and mold spores from the air.  We also performed our quality water removal services to ensure that everything was dry to prevent further water damage and mold growth.  Our customer was thrilled with our professional work and timely execution.  She was happy to be able to have her employees enter a safe and healthy working environment once again.
