SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea Saves Home After a Hot Water Leak

We recently had a homeowner in Yorba Linda contact us after he discovered a leak in his laundry room. The water was coming from a hot water pipe leak and had spread to the kitchen and garage. Our Project Manager, Cesar Arcila, made his way to the home immediately and performed an initial inspection of the space. After looking around, Cesar knew that this was the perfect job for SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea, so he called our Crew Chief, Joseph Merino, to come out and help create a remediation plan. 

Joseph also brought SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea’s team of talented technicians out to the home so they could start on the cleanup process. We ended up having to remove some cabinets in the kitchen and some drywall in the laundry room and garage. But we were able to save all of the flooring! To make sure that all of the water damage was cleaned up, our team placed two dehumidifiers and two air movers in the garage and kitchen.

The homeowner was very happy with our work. He loved how fast we were able to get to his home and start the water damage removal process.
