Hotel Meeting Room Floods. SERVPRO Yorba Linda/ Brea Restores!

When a major water line in the kitchen near a hotel banquet room burst, it seemed like a flood of near-biblical proportions.

In minutes, the meeting room was under two inches of water before the water source was shut off.

The hotel manager called the insurance company, who called us, and within an hour we were on-site to provide an initial consult and estimate.

Our restoration work included:

a)  Completely dried the room using  pumps, air movers, and dehumidifers.

b)  Partial drywall demo to dry the interiors of the walls where water had been wicked

c)  Bagging and removal of all debris

Since the construction was post-1980, there was no asbestos  concern.

Since restoration began the same day as the flood, we were able to avoid mold growth.
